HER FITNESS RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • KINDLY LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS SUCH AS PHONES AND JEWELRY IN THE LOCKERS WHICH ARE ALLOCATED IN THE CHANGING ROOM, MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS.
  • GYM USERS SHOULD WEAR APPROPRIATE APPAREL AND FOOTWEAR WHEN USING THE GYMNASIUM, OR ACCESS WILL BE DENIED.
  • YOU MUST USE YOUR MEMBERSHIP I.D FOR ADMISSION TO USE THE GYM.
  • KINDLY NO IDLING INSIDE THE GYM.
  • PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE AEROBICS ROOM.
  • KINDLY DON’T DROP WEIGHTS ON THE FLOOR.
  • DISINFECT MACHINES AFTER USE.
  • EATING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
  • DO NOT BRING YOUR GYM BAG OR OTHER PERSONAL BELONGINGS ONTO THE FITNESS FLOOR.
  • CARDIOVASCULAR EQUIPMENT IS LIMITED TO 30 MINUTES DURING PEAK HOURS.
  • MEMBERS MUST EXIT FITNESS CENTER PROMPTLY AT CLOSING TIME.
  • LOST CARDS MUST BE REPORTED AT THE RECEPTION, REPLACEMENT WILL BE AT A COST.
  • CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15 ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE GYM, FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 5 THERE IS A FACILITY ALLOCATED FOR THEM.
  • KINDLY RETURN ALL THE EQUIPMENT AND WEIGHTS AFTER USE THEM.
