I always made the excuse I will start and days went on with the situation the same. Decided I wanted a better me…physically and mentally. You always have setbacks and cheat days but at the end of the day what matters is not making excuses.
1. Be motivated/independent : Don’t wait and depend on someone to go workout. Do it yourself and challenge yourself by finding a partner above you.It’s all about discipline and consistency.
2. Know your body type. Most people get frustrated on not getting a particular shape which in reality they can’t be because they are different. Know your body type and be best you can be.
If I can lose 16 kgs and be able to maintain,so can you. I hope this gives you the push that you need😊
